EVEN Hotel Zhongshan City Center, an IHG Hotel

Super modern western style hotel in new development in Zhongshan. Check in on 5th floor - our room was big enough but of a strange layout - no idea why it was done that way ? Good facilities and happy competent staff. The HK coach leaves/arrives on G/F so we could meet up with friends crossing border from HK Only negative was house keeping - they didn’t bother on one of the 4 days we stayed - despite requesting - no explanation / no offer of water or fresh towels - just completely missed us out. Very strange - given the rest of stay was good I believe this was some simple mistake. Would we stay again - probably yes

Exceptional customer service! Staffs are so nice and helpful, great location and shopping mall is just next to the hotel. I’ll definitely stay at this hotel next time when I visit the city again.

Very nicely finished brand new hotel. Very cool design and the restaurant is very well designed. Rooms are compact but well designed and stylish with everything you need at hand. Bed good and comfortable. I would stay again as lots to do around the area.

I liked the wellness side of things, made you feel like you were in a spa. The beds were comfy, the food was delicious, very clean and comfortable.

Great hotel conveniently located near a large shopping mall. Room is clean and spacious, staff is friendly and professional. Would recommend!
